Kinetic Data Showcases Newest Versions of Kinetic Task and Kinetic Response at BMC Engage 2014

Products represent continuing commitment to leverage the power of BMC Remedy

ST. PAUL, Minn. (October 13, 2014) — Kinetic Data, developer of innovative enterprise request management and business process workflow software, is showcasing new versions of its Kinetic Task and Kinetic Response products at the BMC Engage 2014 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Orlando, Fla.

Kinetic Task 4.0 lets companies bypass lengthy and complex projects to replace decentralized business process automation and inadequate service delivery projects. Its advanced automation engine enables full integration of workflow processes for BMC Remedy customers without making major infrastructure changes.

Coupled with service request portal software, Kinetic Task extends the core BMC Remedy BSM portfolio by providing the capability to implement an enterprise request management (ERM) strategy. Taking an incremental approach to ERM using Kinetic Data tools, companies can begin to see benefits in 30-60 days.

Kinetic Response is a virtual war room tool focused on collaborative multi-vendor incident management. Stakeholders can assemble and share information online to more quickly solve complex problems. It reduces time-to-resolution and increases visibility for issues common to IT organizations, service providers, ISPs/cloud hosting providers, and others. The application is available as both a hosted and an on-premise solution.

"Our mission is to address the goals and challenges faced by IT departments to deliver immediate and long-term IT business value across the enterprise," said Kelly Heikkila, Kinetic Data’s director of products. "The new version of Kinetic Task gives BMC Remedy customers a way to easily automate nearly any process from request management approvals to SLAs and network alerts. Kinetic Response gives them a way to quickly resolve critical issues."

Kinetic Data is recognized by BMC Remedy users for developing and supporting best-in-class "built-on-BMC-Remedy" software products. The company has been named "Innovator of the Year," voted to have "Best Customer Service and Support" and in 2013 won the award for "Best New Product" at the World Wide Remedy Users Group Conference.
