PAUL, Minn.—Feb. 3, 2010—Shrugging off the lingering global economic malaise, Kinetic Data (http://www.kineticdata.com), the leading provider of third-party business service management (BSM) tools built on the BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) System platform, today announced a 31 percent increase over 2008 in overall product sales for its fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2009. The month of December alone exceeded company sales records for combined services and product revenues.

The company’s strongest sales were for Kinetic Request, up 26 percent in 2009 compared to the prior year. Kinetic Request is the only request management portal software that lets nontechnical people design and automatically manage their own processes and approvals for internal service and equipment requests, without relying on IT. Sundberg indicated that 2010 will bring a major release of Kinetic Request slated for Q3. The new year also will see continued activity and growth in the company’s partner network, as well as growth via its direct sales force.
