(November 30, 2012) — To support the strong demand for Business Service Management (BSM) software, Kinetic Data (www.kineticdata.com), a leading developer of BSM software that helps organizations automate task processing across the enterprise, has dramatically expanded its sales force with the addition of four regional account executives over the last six months to accommodate its stellar growth.
The addition of Mikki Dorsey, Linda Ferrara, Josephine Frykman and Kristen Halpern-Morgan, doubles Kinetic Data’s ability to help organizations enhance their service management capabilities. Locally based in Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Texas, the new sales team members will enable Kinetic Data to provide more localized support and continue to grow market share.

Most recently at CPSG Partners, a technology consulting firm, Mikki Dorsey joins Kinetic Data with a wide range of IT and human resources experience. With a deep understanding of all aspects of corporate business, Dorsey began her career working as a corporate trainer at Insperity and then moved onto Diamond Corporate Resources, where she provided professional employer organization (PEO) and other business-related resources. Within the human resources segment, Dorsey has also held positions with Strategic Outsourcing Inc., Kelly IT Resources, and executive recruitment firm Accretive Solutions. During her career, Dorsey has also worked in sales for Apple Corporate and Oracle. A Houston resident, Dorsey earned a Master of Arts from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree from Belmont University. In her role at Kinetic Data she will serve clients in the South/West.
Based in Secaucus, New Jersey and serving the Northeast region, Linda Ferrara brings to the Kinetic Data sales team more than 15 years of IT experience. She gained her experience from a wide range of technology organizations, most recently with Compuware Corporation where she was an End User Experience Manager. A graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University, Ferrara has been certified in Solution Selling and SFDC.
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Josephine Frykman brings nearly two decades of IT experience to Kinetic Data. Frykman was most recently an Account Executive with SunSpring Corp. where she consulted on IT security and compliance management platforms. During her career, she worked for a number of IT software companies including HyPerformix, Corpus Media Labs, NetBrowser, Optimal Networks, Seagate Software, Vantive Corporation, and System Builder. A resident of Atlanta, Frykman will serve customers in the Southeast region.
Kristen Halpern-Morgan joins Kinetic Data from Core Health Technologies where she was Relationship Manager working with CIOs and Interface Managers at more than 1,000 hospitals and medical centers nationwide. Halpern-Morgan has amassed extensive IT sales experience since graduating from Frostburg State University in Maryland. A resident of North Carolina, she will serve Kinetic Data customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
